One of our objectives is to proivde fast ship-out times. We therefore ask that you please pay for your item promptly so we can have it shipped out to you.

We provide a "No Questions Asked 14 Day Return Policy" on most items. This excludes software, ink, paper, and other items as specified in the item description. This policy begins at time of purchase. We provide exchanges and refunds (item price only, no refunds on shipping paid) within the 14 day period.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on opened items returned for refund.

Most items that we sell have a warranty. This warranty will cover any failures or defects in the product that occur due to manufacturer's defect. Your product will either be replaced with the same or comparable item or repaired. Customer is responsible for shipping item to warranty provider.

I'm afraid the warranty doesn't cover any accidents, misuse, broken LCDs, Camera Opticals (lenses), and other areas according to the warranty provider. The warranty provider is either the manufacturer or support company. Usually it is not Countless Auctions. Please contact us for details on a specific product.
